The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership, and proven experience in Agile delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to deliveryDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationWork closely with engineering, QA, product, and stakeholdersTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plansConduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectivesEnsure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum best practicesPrepare project documentation, status reports, and client presentationsManage client communication and expectationDrive technical discussions and help team in architectural decisionsRequired Technical Skills:5+ years total experience with 2+ years as Technical Project Manager / LeadStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, KanbanHands-on experience with at least one tech stack: Java / .NET / Python / MERN / CloudGood knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project / TrelloExperience with Cloud (AWS / Azure), DevOps concepts, CI/CDKnowledge of API, Microservices, Database conceptsStrong understanding of budgeting, estimation and resource planningManagerial Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder managementExperience managing team size of 8-15 membersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPMP / CSM / PMI-ACP certification is a plusQualification:B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Tech in Computer Science or related fieldNice to Have:Experience in US client handlingExperience in Staffing / Product / SaaS based environment
