We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with development, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver software projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Define project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Break projects into tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Manage technical dependencies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical challenges and requirements.
• Ensure projects follow development, testing, security, and deployment processes.
• Manage scope changes and prioritize tasks based on business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve development and project delivery processes.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, cloud, and software architecture.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and resource management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Good to Have

• Technical background in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
• Experience managing API integrations, AI projects, or cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with Git and software release management.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.

Experience

1–7 years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a related field, with experience managing software development teams.

Pay: ₹242,289.93 - ₹1,052,263.23 per year
