Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage data engineering projects, technical teams, project delivery, reporting, and client/stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical/data engineering projects.
• Lead and manage Data Engineers, Developers, and technical teams.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
• Understand and manage projects involving Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, Cloud, and Data Engineering.
• Conduct project meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Manage resource allocation, team workload, and project priorities.
• Identify and resolve project/technical risks and blockers.
• Ensure project quality, documentation, and delivery standards.

Required Skills:

• 810 years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Management.
• Strong experience in people management and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, and Cloud platforms.
• Experience in preparing project reports, dashboards, MIS, and presentations.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing data engineering or cloud projects is preferred.
