Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
• Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Communicating project progress with stakeholders.
• Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.

Basic Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or scaled agile (with use of JIRA Align / Agilecraft preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Project Management function.
• Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum and / or Kanban), methodologies and tools
• Must have hands-on experience in implementing Agile delivery process in projects and helping project to transform to the same
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• CSM or equivalent would be an added advantage
• Experience of the Telecom industry would be an added advantage

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
