Technical Project Manager

Role Description 10 12 years of Work Experience and 5 years of actual Technical Project Manager Experience

Technical Project managers should have a background in business skills management budgeting and analysis Strong understanding of infrastructure areas like Cloud Services Data Centers Networking Wintel Patching and Vulnerability mitigation you should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks You also need to be a team player and have a problemsolving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third partiesvendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management through Risk register to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third partiesvendors
• Proficient in the below Technical Skills and Project Management tools
• Knowledge of Cloud Services Data Centers Networking Wintel Patching and Vulnerability mitigation
• Knowledge of middleware support IBM WebSphere Application Server IBM HTTP Server Tomcat Apache Nginx Microsoft IIS IBM BPM IBM MQ
• Good knowledge of Linux RHEL 7 and above Unix AIX Operating Systems
• Strong analytical problem identification and problemsolving skills including capability to identify OS issues
• AIXLinux RHEL Unix OS
• MS VISIO
• MS Project
• Power Bi
• Smartsheet
• Teams
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Should be good in maintaining project documents ie Project Charter SOW Requirement gathering KPI reporting RAID RACI matrix Communication strategy

Knowledge Skills Abilities Or Certifications

• Knowledge of requirements definition and reporting methods
• Skills in requirements developing and reporting
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Understanding and working knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Scrum certification andor Project management certifications

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills financialbudget management scheduling and resource management

Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
