Technical Project Manager

e are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to manage solar projects from design and implementation through commissioning and post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

* Oversee and coordinate solar system designs, SLDs, BOQs, and technical documentation.

* Supervise vendors and installation teams throughout project execution.

* Have strong knowledge of hybrid solar systems and their integration with grid, battery storage, and backup systems.

* Coordinate site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

* Manage troubleshooting and post-implementation requirements.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in solar project management/EPC.

* Strong technical knowledge of solar PV and hybrid systems.

* Experience in vendor and client management.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
