Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives, from opportunity assessment and discovery through MVP development, production deployment, adoption, and business value realization. In this role, you will bridge business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially successful AI solutions.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, Automation, Data, and Cloud initiatives.
• Drive discovery workshops and transform business challenges into clearly defined delivery outcomes, success metrics, and measurable business value.
• Lead rapid experimentation, MVP development, hypothesis validation, and iterative delivery cycles.
• Manage scope, delivery plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, profitability, forecasts, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and operationally ready.
• Challenge assumptions, estimates, priorities, and solution designs to improve delivery outcomes and reduce risk.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, Responsible AI, governance, and operational readiness requirements.
• Drive executive-level stakeholder communication, decision-making, and expectation management.
• Promote AI-assisted delivery practices across planning, development, testing, documentation, reporting, and project execution.
• Create reusable delivery playbooks, templates, accelerators, governance frameworks, and best practices that increase delivery effectiveness across the organization.
• Support business growth through identification of expansion opportunities and successful client outcomes.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale business, digital, software, infrastructure, cloud, AI, data, or transformation programs.
• Experience delivering both cloud-based and on-premises solutions, including integration-heavy enterprise environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery ownership across scope, budget, quality, risks, stakeholders, and business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments.
• Practical experience with AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Automation, or Digital Product initiatives.
• Experience scaling solutions from discovery and MVP through production deployment and operational adoption.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience managing forecasts, margins, delivery economics, and change requests.
• Experience working with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise AI platforms is preferred rather than mandatory.
