Technical Project Manager – Humanoid Robotics

📍 Stuttgart (On-site) | Permanent

My client builds specific parts powering next-gen humanoid robots. They're looking for a Technical PM to own customer projects end to end, from scoping through to safety certification and handover.

What you'll do

• Own delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risk and sign-off
• Be the main contact for EU and US customers
• Drive a shared scrum team without direct line authority
• Manage suppliers, external engineering and certification bodies
• Report status to customers, internal teams and management
• Handle scope changes, T&M tracking and invoicing triggers
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Travel to customer sites in the EU and US

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of hands-on robotics (AMRs, humanoids or complex mechatronics)
• 3+ years of PM, ideally customer-facing
• Degree, Masters / PhD in - Mechatronics or Robotics
• Integration expertise across actuators, drives and sensors is a plus
• Fluent German and English
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication that bridges customers and engineering
• Comfort with ambiguity, and working in a start-up environment
