Technical Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Boston, MA. This is 18-24 month contract with a hybrid schedule.

• Manage and support the configuration of each program environment (production and non-production) with the systems integrator and product vendor, including user access, data status, integrations, upgrades and configuration updates.
• Oversee SaaS operations and support, including SLA metrics, vendor operational protocols and resolution of identified issues.
• Design and implement a cross-system monitoring solution spanning the cloud SaaS vendor, legacy on-premises systems and state IT services.
• Monitor connected systems in each environment, such as the data warehouse, single sign-on, reporting, time reporting, print services and secure file transfer (MOVEit).
• Manage and communicate data refreshes into environments, and oversee batch jobs, backups and performance monitoring.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• At least one large application migration project
