Technical Project Manager

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will help lead the delivery of card payment projects — across debit, credit, prepaid, digital wallet, and payment network integrations — working alongside bank clients, payment schemes, and our engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.

What You'll Do

1. Lead projects — plan and drive card payment projects from kick-off to go-live, keeping timelines, scope, and budget on track.
2. Coordinate the team — bring together engineering, QA, infrastructure, and operations, and keep everyone aligned.
3. Bridge tech and business — work with architects and developers to turn requirements into clear, workable plans.
4. Keep people informed — share progress, risks, and updates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
5. Support delivery & go-live — help coordinate testing, deployment, production support, and DR readiness.
6. Incident Management - coordinate production issues, incident resolution, and follow-up activities

What We're Looking For

1. Around 4–5 years' experience in technology or software delivery.
2. A technical background (e.g. software engineering, system analysis, or similar).
3. Interest in the payment, banking, or fintech space — prior experience is a plus, not a must.
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and a collaborative, take-ownership mindset.
