Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, technology delivery, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, vendor management, and transition/handover.

The role requires the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Design, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Security, Implementation and Operations, while maintaining effective communication with customers, senior leadership and external partners. These areas are directly reflected in the candidate's delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of multiple technology projects and programs.
• Own the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, transition and handover.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans, budgets and resource plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Security, Implementation and Operations.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with OEM partners, external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project and program engagements covering resources, budgets, vendor relationships, communications, risks and issues.
• Provide regular project status reporting covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to leadership.
• Work closely with technology and competency leadership teams to align project plans and deliverables with contractual obligations.
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders, for project governance, sign-offs and relevant commercial/financial discussions.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to establishing delivery practices, templates, policies and tools.
• Support delivery governance and ensure project outcomes remain aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately and ensure coordination across project teams.
• Apply appropriate Agile, Waterfall and PMI-based project management practices depending on project requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications/certifications in project management or IT service management would be an advantage.
