Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team in Davao City.

In this role, you will coordinate internal technical projects while primarily supporting our clients’ technical teams, IT departments, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a software, SaaS, IT services, or technology environment. This position requires strong technical understanding, exceptional organizational skills, and professional-level English fluency to communicate confidently with US-based clients.

You will coordinate between internal teams and clients to establish project objectives, manage timelines, address roadblocks, and maintain accountability. Hands-on technical implementation is not the primary responsibility, but comfort collaborating with IT professionals and engineers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage internal technical projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, IT teams, technical stakeholders, and internal engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Lead client meetings, project kickoffs, status updates, and technical coordination discussions.
• Coordinate technical requirements, resources, dependencies, and implementation schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support software implementations, cloud services, system migrations, and other technical initiatives.
• Provide clear and professional project updates to US-based clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure accountability, effective communication, and timely project delivery across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, IT project coordination, software implementation, or a closely related role.
• Previous experience working in a software, SaaS, IT services, or technology company.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with professional fluency required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and communicate confidently with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating directly with IT teams, technical professionals, and cross-functional departments.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes, IT operations, and technical project lifecycles.
• Experience managing schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• amiliarity with Asana, Jira, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organization, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and project ownership.
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage concurrent projects.
• Comfortable working remotely, reporting on-site in Davao City when required, and working US Pacific business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus.
• Previous experience working with law firms, legal technology companies, or legal software applications is a plus.
• Experience coordinating software or cloud migrations and IT infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and enterprise software.
• Experience working with external IT vendors, managed service providers, and technical consultants.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating client onboarding, software implementations, and technical service delivery.
• Familiarity with legal case management, practice management, or accounting software.

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php37,500.00 per month
