We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background who can lead end-to-end software delivery, coordinate engineering teams, and work closely with UK-based stakeholders.

The Role

This is an opportunity for a technically strong project leader who understands software development beyond timelines and status reports. You should be comfortable discussing architecture, reviewing technical approaches, managing dependencies, and translating business requirements into successful technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software project delivery across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and DevOps professionals.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into actionable tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate technical planning, effort estimation, integrations, releases, and deployment activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders and distributed teams during UK business hours.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including significant Technical Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing software development projects across the complete SDLC.
• Strong understanding of .NET / .NET Core and C# .
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server .
• Experience with Angular and/or React .
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, system integrations, and application architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery practices.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.

Preferred: Experience with enterprise applications, B2B SaaS products, UK-based clients, complex integrations, and PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications.

Important Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must currently be based in India.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15–20 days are preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work according to UK business hours.
• Candidates serving longer notice periods may not be considered for this requirement.
