Role Overview

We are looking for a decisive, delivery-focused Project Manager (PM) to take end-to-end command of complex software development projects across public sector institutions and fast-paced entrepreneurial ventures . You will lead cross-functional delivery squads (BA, Dev, QC, DevOps) and serve as the direct bridge to clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-lifecycle delivery from kickoff to launch, ensuring projects hit milestone targets on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams (BA, Dev, QC, DevOps), running Agile/Scrum cadences and resolving roadblocks proactively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and sponsors; lead progress reviews and provide clear, transparent status reporting.
• Manage change requests (CRs), track project baseline metrics, and mitigate delivery and architectural risks early.
• Adapt delivery cadence to match strict compliance standards for public-sector clients while maintaining speed and agility for entrepreneur-led projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development/IT projects end-to-end.
• S trong hands-on command of project timelines, scope, budgets, and risk registers.
• Confidence presenting to and negotiating directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Solid experience running Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Bonus Points

• Direct experience delivering projects in Banking, Finance, Government / Public Sector , or compliance-heavy environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
