We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale application development programs built on the Microsoft technology stack. You will own projects end to end, from scoping and planning through deployment and hypercare, while partnering with architects, developers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget, and to the agreed quality standard.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical fluency in .NET, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure with proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and a track record of managing scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for custom .NET applications, Dynamics 365 implementations, and Azure-based solutions.

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; maintain the integrated project plan.

• Manage cross-functional teams of developers, solution architects, functional consultants, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists, including onshore and offshore resources.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive sponsors, providing clear status reporting, escalation, and expectation management.

• Drive Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid, and waterfall delivery models as appropriate, running sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning.

• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues proactively; manage change control and scope.

• Collaborate with architects to ensure solution designs align with best practices for scalability, security, performance, and cloud cost optimization.

• Oversee CI/CD, environment management, release governance, and deployment through Azure DevOps.

• Ensure quality through defined testing strategies, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness reviews.

• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, SOWs, and delivery performance.

• Track financials, including budgets, forecasts, utilization, and margin.

• Mentor project team members and contribute to PMO standards, templates, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years managing complex software development projects in a senior project or program management role.

• Strong working knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server) sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams on design and delivery.

• Proven delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE/CRM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, or Power Platform), including integrations and data migration.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure SQL, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.

• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for planning and tracking.

• Demonstrated success managing budgets of [$X] or more and teams of 10+ members.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including at the executive level.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
