Job Description Client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and production deployment of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform . The role is responsible for driving project execution, ensuring enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and governance standards are met, and delivering a production-ready, sustainable solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the Collibra implementation from planning to production go-live.
• Develop and execute integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, cutover, and early-life support.
• Coordinate development, ETL, integrations, testing (UAT/QA), and production readiness.
• Ensure completion of Architecture Review Board (ARB), Threat Risk Assessment (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), and security approvals.
• Lead vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Drive data governance, metadata management, data catalog, lineage, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise technology, security, and data governance standards.

Required Skills:

• 7-10+ years of Technical Project Management experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or data platform implementations.

• Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar Data Governance/Data Intelligence platforms.

• Strong knowledge of ETL, data integration, UAT, QA, cutover planning, and production deployment .

• Experience with Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality .

• Familiarity with TRA, PIA, ARB , enterprise architecture, and security compliance.

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, risk, and executive communication skills.

• Experience delivering projects in regulated enterprise environments.
