You would be joining an existing team of 50+ professionals and help in managing multiple product development/professional services delivery streams for our client, assume offshore delivery responsibility product delivery in the highly scalable and available messaging platform that connects the conversational AI platform to human agents.

Job Profile:

• Lead the overall offshore delivery setup and execution for the assigned software services projects/ program work streams in order to realize defined business outcomes
• Customer Expectations management - Ability to communicate with the clients, manage expectations, ability to troubleshoot, and coordinate activities.
• Partner with the onsite program management team, leads, other delivery leads, other internal/ external stakeholders to drive effective adoption of best practices, deployment of processes, methodologies, and tools, execution of ceremonies, and to drive continuous improvement on delivery engagements
• Define project scope and lead the development, documentation, and implementation of large-scale projects and change initiatives in line with organizational policies and strategies, define and maintain realistic project plans, and monitor progress against agreed quality and performance criteria
• Manage relationships & status reporting within the organization, with clients & applicable third parties
• Articulate the overall project risk and risk mitigation plan, and make it transparent to the relevant stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and run Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Expertise with various Agile Methodologies and tools; ensure adoption in a consistent manner
• Responsible for the team to follow processes, establish and actively facilitate the cadence of all scrum ceremonies, and remove team impediments or escalate as per defined SLAs
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and manage work backlog - by prioritization, grooming, and ready for next phases/milestones
• Responsible for Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Sprint Dashboard, Burn down Charts, QA/Development Metrics (Quality/Technical Debt; Cycle Time/Lead Time), Quality Metrics, Escalation Plan, Sprint Start and Closure activities, Team working Agreement, push for Automation, Estimation techniques.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices (XP, Refactoring, Clean code patterns, CI/CD DevOps, TDD/BDD/DDD, Trunk based development)
• Performance management and optimization
  • Reporting - you understand how numbers impact the business and the client s KPIs. You ll be responsible for optimization and knowing automation metrics, and understand how technology can impact operations metrics.
  • Insights and analysis - you drill down into reports and data to define hypotheses on why numbers are trending, and direct analysis goals.
  • Action - you interpret the analysis to prioritize the next actions to take as part of implementation management.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualification
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as the project manager for full lifecycle delivery of mid-sized software services projects or programs with globally distributed teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Strong hands-on project management experience from inception to closure phases
• Working experience in agile methodologies as a scrum master
• Experience in handling multiple small and mid-sized projects simultaneously as a lead/PM
• Experience in delivering one or more fixed-time, fixed-price or SLA based managed services engagements
• Over 5 years of experience in a direct client-facing role (preferably in the US or UK) as part of a consulting/ services organization
• Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams
• Experience creating, executing, and amending project plans for large, complex projects
• Knowledge of 2 or more effort and cost estimation methodologies/ frameworks
• Direct people management responsibilities for 5 or more people (including track leads/ other leads) and indirect responsibility/ span of 15 or more people as part of a cross-functional team comprising of business analysts, Creative designers, developers, testers, and other support functions
• Strong resource marshalling skills
• Ability to overlap with the APAC or US time zone.
