Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the . NET and Azure technology stack and proven expertise in Agile project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical oversight for solutions built on:

• . NET Core / ASP. NET / C

• Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc. )

• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable and secure solutions

• Guide teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development

Agile Execution

• Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
• Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations effectively
• Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps engineers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Required Skills Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience with strong background in:

• . NET Framework /. NET Core / ASP. NET

• Microsoft Azure Platform

• Experience with:

• Microservices architecture and REST APIs

• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)

• Cloud-native application development

Project Management Skills

• Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management

• Participate in RFP / RFI responses SOW creation.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or PRINCE2
• Azure certifications (e. g. , Azure Administrator / Developer / Architect)
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
