Technical Project Manager - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Technical Project Manager | Hybrid (2x/week) | Lisbon About The Role We are seeking a Project Manager with a robust technical background to join a dynamic international team located in Lisbon. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional projects, engage with international stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives within an Agile framework.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and technical projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are consistently met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting efforts.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and advocate for Agile best practices among team members.
• Monitor project progress and workflows utilizing Jira.
• Collaborate with technical teams when analyzing XML data structures and SQL databases.
• Ensure that service delivery adheres to ITIL best practices.
• Identify project dependencies, address obstacles, and proactively manage associated risks.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive presentations.
• Foster collaboration in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in IT or software development projects.
• A strong technical background with effective communication skills to engage with development and infrastructure teams.
• Experience in leading technical and cross-functional teams.
• Solid proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project management and tracking purposes.
• Good knowledge of XML and SQL.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT Service Management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in French at a minimum of level B1 or B2 (mandatory).
• Professional-level proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
• Experience in international and multicultural settings.
• Experience in managing software development or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices or cloud computing environments.
