Technical Project Manager III

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager III to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead complex technical initiatives that support important organizational priorities in a healthcare environment.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and help guide projects from planning through implementation.

The position also emphasizes quality, risk management, vendor coordination, and the delivery of outcomes that improve operational effectiveness and align with strategic goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,830 – $124,885 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex IT projects that impact organizational priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic project outcomes
• Translate business processes into technical solutions and lead requirement gathering
• Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals
• Direct project teams to foster excellence and continuous improvement
• Implement quality assurance practices and manage project risks
• Oversee vendor selection and implementation for medium to large projects

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in IT or related fields
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets up to $500K
• Strong understanding of system architecture and IT policy development
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and external partners
• Experience in vendor management and selection processes
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams
• Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and risk management strategies
