About Realdini Studios

Realdini Studios is an emerging game development studio focused on creating innovative, engaging and community-driven gaming experiences.

We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager Intern who wants hands-on experience working in a real game development environment and supporting multidisciplinary teams across development, design, art, QA, production and community.

This internship is designed for someone who wants to develop practical experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, game production and cross-functional team coordination.

You will work closely with the management and development teams and gain exposure to how a game moves from concept and planning through development, testing, iteration and release.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Project Manager Intern, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of game development activities.

Your responsibilities may include:

Project Planning & Coordination

• Support project planning, sprint planning and milestone planning.
• Help translate product and game-development goals into actionable tasks.
• Break larger features into Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks.
• Maintain project roadmaps, backlogs and sprint boards.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, risks and project status.
• Support the team in keeping priorities clear and achievable.

Cross-Functional Team Management

Work closely with:

• Game Developers
• Game Designers
• 2D/3D Artists
• Animators
• QA/Testers
• Technical teams
• Community/Marketing teams
• Management

Important Internship Information

This is an unpaid internship opportunity with Realdini Studios and is intended as a learning and professional-development opportunity.

The internship will be conducted according to the applicable internship agreement and agreed terms.
