ODDITY

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly driven Technical Project Manager to join ODDITY's global technology organization.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of Technology, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and DevOps. You will lead complex technical initiatives across ODDITY's portfolio of brands, working closely with Engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.
This is a highly hands-on role with broad and evolving responsibilities. On any given day, you might be leading a third-party system integration, coordinating a new technology launch, solving an operational challenge, or driving multiple projects simultaneously.
We are looking for builders and problem solvers, not just project coordinators. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take a high-level objective, quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar areas, build an actionable plan, and independently drive execution.
You will have significant autonomy, exposure to different areas of the business, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on ODDITY's technology and operations.
