Technical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile digital solutions for multiple clients. This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical understanding, and client-facing skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects for different clients, covering web applications, mobile applications, and customised digital solutions.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution planning to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, the project team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
• Identify project risks, resolve delivery issues, and manage changes in scope and priorities.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and overall performance, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years of project management experience in IT, digital solutions, or software development.
• Proven experience managing web and mobile application development projects, preferably in a client-facing or IT solutions environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications would be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a software development company, digital agency, or IT solutions provider.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, system integration, and modern application architectures.
• Experience handling enterprise clients and complex digital transformation projects.
