Summary

Our nationwide Manufacturing customer is seeking a contract with right to hire Technical Project Manager with experience leading Software Development projects. This position will be responsible for leading complex technology, business, facilities, and operational initiatives across the enterprise. We are looking for seasoned project managers who can successfully drive projects from initiation through post-go-live support while balancing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

Location: Irvine, CA (hybrid)

Duties / Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise software projects across cross-functional teams.
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Manage vendors, third-party partners, and overall vendor accountability.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-project dependencies and risks.
• Support and maintain PMO governance, processes, and best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and milestones to executive leadership.
• Coordinate with business, technology, manufacturing, plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams as needed.
• Manage projects involving enterprise applications and technology platforms such as Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft, and Snowflake.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong vendor management and accountability skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Ability to identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Manufacturing, plant operations, supply chain, or commercial systems experience is a plus.
• Exposure to Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft, and/or Snowflake is desirable.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
