Technical Project Manager-Vietnam

Project Planning & Governance

Lead end-to-end project planning, including schedule, resource allocation, budget, and milestone control.

Develop and maintain project management plans (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, Quality) to ensure predictable delivery.

Cross-functional & Cross-organizational Collaboration

Act as the primary technical and project interface among R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and customers.

Align internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and execution of requirements.

Technical Requirements & Specification Management

Collect and analyze customer and market requirements and translate them into actionable technical and functional specifications.

Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, risks, and design trade-offs.

Project Execution & Technology Scaling

Monitor project progress, quality, and cost performance to ensure on-plan delivery.

Drive best practices and scale proven technologies across multiple projects.

Risk & Issue Management

Proactively identify and manage project risks (technical, schedule, supply chain, quality, etc.) and define mitigation and contingency plans.

Lead or facilitate the resolution of critical technical and cross-functional issues.

Documentation & Process Improvement

Establish and maintain a comprehensive project documentation framework (project plans, meeting minutes, change management, acceptance documents, etc.).

Drive continuous improvement of project processes and institutionalize lessons learned.

Work Experience

2–5+ years of experience in project management or technical-related roles.

Experience in product development, New Product Introduction (NPI), system integration, or customer-facing projects is preferred.

Project Management Competencies

Familiar with project management processes and engineering/quality-related tools (e.g., Creo, Minitab).

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage schedule, cost, and quality.

Technical Acumen

Able to understand engineering and technical content and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Possess fundamental capability to read, interpret, and communicate engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Communication & Coordination Skills

Demonstrated strong cross-functional communication, problem analysis, and coordination skills.

Able to clearly articulate technical concepts and project status to diverse stakeholders.

彙整並分析客戶與市場需求，轉化為可執行的技術與功能規格。

與工程團隊合作，評估技術可行性、風險與設計取捨。

專案執行與技術複製

監控專案進度、品質與成本表現，確保專案依計畫交付。

推動最佳實務與成熟技術於多個專案間複製與應用。

風險與議題管理

主動識別並管理專案風險（技術、時程、供應鏈、品質等），制定緩解與備援策略。

主導或協調關鍵技術與跨部門議題之解決。

文件化與流程優化

建立並維護完整的專案文件體系（專案計畫、會議紀錄、變更管理、驗收文件等）。

推動專案流程持續改善並落實經驗回饋（Lessons Learned）。

工作經驗

具 2–5 年以上專案管理或技術相關工作經驗。

曾參與產品開發、製造導入（NPI）、系統整合或客戶專案經驗者佳。

專案管理能力

熟悉專案管理流程與工程品質相關工具（如：Creo、Minitab）。

具備良好時程、成本與品質控管能力。

技術理解能力

能理解工程技術內容，並作為技術與非技術人員之橋樑。

具備基本工程圖面、技術文件閱讀與溝通能力。

溝通與協調能力

具備良好跨部門溝通、問題分析與協調能力。

能清楚表達技術概念與專案狀態。
