The candidate’s experience is largely facilitation-oriented, with a stronger focus on coordination, meeting management, and tracking activities than on end-to-end ownership. The complexity and scale of the epics they have managed appear limited relative to MDES expectations. Technical engagement was minimal, with insufficient depth in managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery. Overall, the candidate may not meet the ownership and program leadership requirements expected of an Epic TPM in MDES.
