Technical Project /Program Management

This is a Program Management role in a complex manufacturing environment, located in Singapore. You will prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation, while managing high-complexity programs across multiple global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plan and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation
• Drive project deliverables and task details through the use of reports, tracking charts, and checklists
• Align the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project
• Monitor and report to the business unit on project's cost performance
• Participate in intra-business unit design teams to complete projects and contribute to the team's technical development
• Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution
• Manage high-complexity programs and coordinate multiple global stakeholders

About you

• PMP certification
• Program management experience in complex manufacturing environments
• Experience coordinating multiple global stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide concise, direct responses and drive issue resolution
• Manufacturing/OEM environment experience preferred over purely local project coordination
• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
• Solves complex problems and exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus
