Position: Project Training Engineer

Industry: Consumer Appliances

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Php 25,000–30,000 Gross

Work Setup: On-site

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 1 year of experience in project management, training, or a related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrates enthusiasm for continuous learning, development, and professional growth.

• Experience or knowledge in the consumer appliance industry is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute training programs designed to enhance the skills and performance of project teams.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and learning activities to improve team competencies.

• Collaborate with project managers to identify training requirements and development areas.

• Monitor and assess training outcomes to measure effectiveness and improvement.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous guidance to trainees.

• Customize training methods based on individual learning needs and styles.

• Be willing to travel for onsite training, project assignments, and related support activities.
