Technical Proposal Writer

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will help identify new project opportunities, prepare winning proposals, connect with potential clients, and contribute to the company’s business development and lead-generation efforts through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Review project descriptions, client requirements, budgets, and expectations before bidding.
• Write and submit clear, customized, and compelling proposals.
• Research clients and projects to create relevant and personalized bids.
• Track submitted proposals and follow up with potential clients.
• Assist with initial client communication and handle basic project-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to gather the information required for proposals.
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, client responses, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Assist in improving the company’s Upwork profile, proposals, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor bidding results and identify opportunities to improve response and conversion rates.
• Research market trends and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team in meeting lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present information clearly.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
