JD -
- Mange user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Update and maintain portal content, technical publications, and customer resources.
- Collaborate with Field Support Managers, Contract Team for access control.
- Collaborate with Digital Technology to support for portal enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with Company & Global Trade Policies and Procedures, privacy regulations.
- 2 -4 years of experience in technical publications domain or similar
- Strong Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tolls.
