Technical QA Evaluator

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical QA Evaluator to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematically tag and structure complex data inputs while strictly adhering to formatting guidelines.
• Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts.
• Document recurring errors and edge cases to continuously enhance model training instructions.
• Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• High-level critical analysis skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced textual and visual data.
• Background in editing, technical writing, QA testing, or data labeling is highly advantageous.
• Native-level fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Dependable high-speed internet access and a personal computer meeting minimum system requirements.
• Must be currently based in the United States or Canada.
