Role Stage Note This role is intentionally broader during the current organization-building stage. As the factory structure matures, selected responsibilities such as HSE/environmental management or specialized supplier/customer quality activities may be separated into dedicated roles without changing the core Technical Quality ownership of this position. Benchmark Basis The hiring benchmark supplements the factory's existing Quality Assurance Manager job description and adapts it to the current need for a stronger Technical Quality leadership role in electrical wire-harness manufacturing. External benchmarking considered manufacturing quality-system expectations and wire-harness acceptance/process-control practices, including IPC/WHMA-A-620.
