PT Java Projects Manufacturing is a Jepara-based furniture manufacturer producing custom pieces for international hospitality and residential projects. We are expanding our team and seeking committed professionals to join us in the following roles:

Technical / R&D Staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and shop drawings based on client designs and project specifications
• Calculate BOM, material usage, and construction details for custom pieces
• Develop prototypes and production samples until client approval is obtained
• Trial and evaluate materials, construction methods, and finishing to improve quality and efficiency
• Maintain drawing, sample, and specification records for every project
• Coordinate closely with Production, QC, Purchasing, and Marketing

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drawing, product development, or R&D

• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp (SolidWorks or 3D rendering is an advantage)

• Able to read technical drawings and understand wood construction and joinery

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused

• Experience in furniture or wood manufacturing
