POSITION: Technical Record Officer

REQUIREMENT:

• At least SPM or equivalent.

• Experience in filing and document management preferred.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

• Attention to detail and good organization skills.

• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage filling of student’s individual technical record.

• Responsible to record and file CAAM examination results in the appropriate systems accordingly.

• Create, organize and update trainees’ training records.

• Check and file attendance record, practical evaluation sheet, assessment, OJT records, misconduct report, examination results and other related documents into the respective trainee’s record.

• Ensure authorized personnel only to enter technical record room.

• Ensure various record methods (hard copy & soft copy) in files, Technical Record computer, cloud storage and external hard disc are tally, up to date and readily available upon request.
