About the role We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at AI Rudder. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you’ll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent. You’ll partner deeply with engineering, research, and leadership teams to re-imagine what great technical hiring looks like at scale. You’ll be a key member of a small, high-powered team that’s redefining quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical specialization, high velocity, and an uncompromising bar. What your day might look like Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond. Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar. Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing. Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality. Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction. Serving as an ambassador for AI Rudder — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience. Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights. Requirements Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years). Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing. Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts — you stay structured, adaptable, and focused. Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives. Excellent written and verbal communication — you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones. Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built. 【岗位职责】 1、独立负责ML/AI、Infra、Research 等高复杂度技术岗的全流程招聘； 2、与Tech负责人深度对齐，把模糊需求拆解成可执行的人才画像； 3、建立并运营核心岗位人才池（含在职观望、被动求职者），主动Mapping头部竞对公司人才； 4、设计有竞争力的Offer方案，协调业务方/HRD/CEO资源拿下关键人才； 5、主导招聘数据看板搭建（漏斗、渠道ROI、TTH、Offer接受率），每周向业务方同步进展； 6、沉淀招聘SOP，赋能团队Recruiter产能提升。 【任职要求】 1、3年以上技术招聘经验，有招聘头部工程/技术人才的成功记录，有APAC地区技术人才招聘经验优先； 2、完整的全流程技术招聘经验——主动寻猎策略、业务方协作、谈薪全链路； 3、能并行管理多个高复杂度souring项目，保持结构化、灵活、专注； 4、熟悉上海AI/SaaS人才地图（知道大模型/Agent/推荐算法等岗位的薪资带宽和人才聚集地）；熟悉APAC地区技术人才者优先； 5、熟练使用BOSS、脉脉、LinkedIn等招聘渠道； 6、英语可作为工作语言，英语流利且能对接APAC地区技术人才者优先。
