Job Description:

One of our tech clients is seeking a Recruiter I with 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience to support full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing passive talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong Boolean search expertise, reporting experience, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load of approximately 12–15 open positions simultaneously.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques , LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach, initial screening, and interview scheduling while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing interview guidance, process expectations, and timely follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting priorities.
• Generate recruiting reports and maintain accurate recruiting metrics using ATS and reporting tools.
• Complete recruiting administrative tasks including interview coordination, ATS updates, candidate documentation, and offer support.
• Participate in daily team meetings, hiring manager syncs, and recruiting strategy discussions.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of corporate recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong experience with Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience creating and maintaining recruiting reports and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional executive presence with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Sales positions.
• Previous experience recruiting within a large corporate environment.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions simultaneously.
