Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the position.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the application cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on applications, and negotiating offers.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or related field (C2C/H1B sponsorship).
• Strong understanding of US immigration laws regarding W2 employees (H1B transfers) .
• Proven track record in sourcing highly skilled professionals for IT roles using various methods like c2c etc.
