What the job involves

• As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building Pulley's team and business.
• You'll manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on scaling our San Francisco office.
• As an early recruiting team hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and processes
• Run full-cycle on our technical roles - source, screen, close
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers on strategy and execution
• Create an exceptional candidate experience
• Collaborate to improve our recruiting operations
