About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience who is highly skilled in candidate sourcing and talent hunting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed, and LinkedIn Search to identify, engage, and attract qualified technical candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively hunt and source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, LinkedIn Search, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Use Boolean search, keyword search, filters, and advanced search techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Review resumes and profiles to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Contact candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other appropriate channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates' technical background and experience.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable talent for various IT/technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet sourcing and hiring targets within required timelines.
• Stay updated on technical talent markets, hiring trends, and effective sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Search for candidate hunting and sourcing.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other job portals.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to identify passive candidates and approach them effectively.
• Good understanding of technical roles, technologies, and IT skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on talent hunter who knows how to find the right candidates rather than relying only on applications. You should be comfortable searching LinkedIn and Indeed, using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, building candidate lists, reaching out to passive candidates, and maintaining a strong technical talent pipeline.
