The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, working with Tier-1 vendors/clients on a W2 basis, and sourcing technical talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting
• Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing
• Strong understanding of the W2 staffing model
• Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors and/or Tier-1 Clients
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
• Ability to screen resumes and qualify candidates on technical fit, experience, and work authorization
• Excellent follow-up and candidate relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Willingness to work in alignment with US business hours (night shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements
• Understand job descriptions and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Search and identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, and referrals
• Screen candidates on technical skills, experience, location, visa status, and compensation expectations
• Explain W2 employment terms and opportunity details to candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; maintain consistent candidate follow-up
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, account managers, and business development team
• Consistently meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
