Technical Recruiter

IT By Design (ITBD) is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and the confidence to work with leadership and global hiring managers. Experience recruiting for Service Desk / IT Support roles is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned IT and technical roles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess technical experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with leadership and global hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment pipeline records.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical requirements.
• Experience recruiting for Service Desk / IT Support roles is a strong advantage.

About you

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for IT or technical roles is preferred.
• Service Desk / IT Support recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident interacting with senior leadership and global hiring managers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Amenable to work onsite daily in BGC, Taguig City.
