Technical Recruiter

About the role

An IT Technical Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified IT and technology professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
• Review resumes and assess candidates' technical skills and experience
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to job offer and onboarding
• Recruit for roles such as Software Developers, IT Support Specialists, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Data Analysts, Cybersecurity Specialists, and Cloud Engineers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

About you

• Knowledge of IT roles and technologies
• Technical sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Candidate relationship management
• Understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
• Time management and multitasking
