Job Description

Tanisha Systems is looking for US IT Recruiters / Technical Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the IT recruitment process, and the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical profiles.
• Utilize job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Knowledge of US Staffing and IT recruitment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
