Green Key Resources is continuing its expansion across the Technology Division, and we're looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing DC team, led by Denis Mikush .

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience who wants to accelerate their career with a nationally recognized staffing and executive search firm. What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and qualify technology professionals across a variety of skill sets and industries
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and sourcing strategies
• Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting Leaders to support client hiring initiatives
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate information within our ATS and CRM systems
• Consistently work toward weekly and monthly activity and placement goals

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting within Technology, Finance, Professional Services, or related markets preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
