Sodexo India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and facilities management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Technical/Engineering Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
