Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Join our team as a Technical Recruiter and help us identify and attract top technical talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for IT and engineering roles.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through Job Street, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on their experience, skills, and fit for the role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter within the Staffing or SI (System Integrator) industry.
• Staffing or SI industry experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for IT and engineering roles is required.
• Strong understanding of the local IT talent market.
• Proven ability to source candidates across multiple recruitment platforms and channels.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Demonstrated success in placing technical professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Available to start immediately.
