Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team, specializing in engineering within an agency setting. This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients while maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates for engineering and administrative positions across various industries.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Client & Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize and maintain the ATS to track candidates, document interactions, and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices within engineering and administrative fields.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 -5 years of agency recruiting experience , with a focus on engineering roles .
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical skills, engineering disciplines, and administrative functions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
• Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple job openings, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to source candidates.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
