We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to support technical hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and screening exceptional talent across a variety of technology functions. If you enjoy sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and conducting candidate assessments in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

🔎 What You'll Be Doing

✔ Source and engage candidates for technical roles including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other specialized technology positions.

✔ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

✔ Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent.

✔ Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit.

✔ Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations to the Lead Recruiter for further consideration.

✔ Support multiple open requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

✔ Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information within the ATS.

✔ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.

✅ What We're Looking For

✅2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Technical Sourcing.

✅Strong understanding of technology talent markets and technical roles.

✅Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

✅Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.

✅Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

✅Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

✅English C1 (Professional Working Proficiency) .
