About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically qualified Technical Recruitment Officer / Senior Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying, attracting and hiring high-quality technology professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern technology and experience recruiting specialised technical talent across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, IoT, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, Software Engineering and related emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring the ability to understand technical job requirements, identify suitable candidates, conduct initial technical/functional screening and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from requirement understanding through candidate onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, recruitment databases and other innovative sourcing channels.
Identify and recruit highly skilled professionals in specialised technology areas.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical background, experience, communication skills, career progression and cultural fit.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of niche hiring like for roles into AI / ML, Data science, Data Engineering, SAP etc
• Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through innovative methods.
