Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle technical hiring across various IT skill sets.
• Manage Permanent and Contract hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage client and stakeholder interactions and understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
